We delve into compliance with international standards, financing for development, anti-corruption measures, judicial reforms, business reforms, and the technical assistance necessary for holistic development.
Policy & Advocacy
Formulating and advocating for impactful policies that contribute to sustainable development. Our efforts encompass international, regional, and national development policy frameworks. We advocate for development principles such as public participation, planning law, and management principles. Engaging with various stakeholders, including government entities, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and the private sector, we work towards the implementation of mandatory applications and permits, access to information, environmental impact assessments (EIAs), legal assessments, rule of law reforms, program design, proposal preparation, project management, financing for sustainable development, agreements, accountability, dispute resolution, and the review and appeal processes.
Technical Assistance
Offering specialized technical assistance across a spectrum of developmental domains. This includes providing expertise on international, regional, and national development policy frameworks. Our assistance extends to development law, legal frameworks, and institutions (LFIs). We offer guidance on relevant development principles, such as public participation, planning law, and management principles.
